Schematic anchoring states


1 Select the state you want to have easy access. (say it is a self pweność)
2 Choose three situations in the past, when you were in
this state.
3 Choose a unique stimulus (eg, squeeze your thumb)
4 Recall the situation from the past, when you were in
this state and this state of tune physiology. Stop,
breathe, talk, gesticulating like a man sure does
himself.
5 When you are experiencing self-confidence
intensively Deliver the anchor.
6 Repeat points 4 and 5 with two other
experiences when you were in a position of confidence.
7 Check the effects of their actions. Start the anchor,
and see how changing your emotions.
